Jake Floros - Head Coach

Evolve Sports Coaching is proudly run by athlete development coach Jake Floros. Jakes dedication to his coaching, mentoring and advice is shown through his ability to develop young athletes to reach their potential.

Jake is a very talented and inspirational person. In 2014, Jake was a finalist in the Young Australian of the Year awards and was nominated for his coaching and his ability to development high levels of performance. Jake was highly commended for the work he does for future sports stars and was recognised by Adam Gilchrist (one of the best wicket-keeper/batsman in history). Jake is also an ambassador for the Australian Red Cross and spends his spare time visiting schools around Canberra to talk about his story and donating.

Since Evolve Sports Coaching started in July 2014, head coach Jake Floros has worked with hundreds of junior and senior aspiring local Canberra athletes. Jake has not only achieved high levels of performance with his efforts in private coaching, he has also been very successful coaching representative cricket teams and mentoring junior athletes from different sports throughout their junior sporting careers.

Jake was then recognised by Cricket Australia for his coaching efforts and was selected to be assistant coach for the U17's boys Australian indoor cricket team to a World Cup victory in September 2015.
