We were able to explain to Jake and feel understood, that our primary aim was for our son to enjoy his coaching experience. Jake’s coaching ability is clearly extensive, and the range of training drills and techniques has been effectively tailored by Jake to our son’s ability, his needs and our requirements.

Jake Floros is second to none when it comes to teaching the game of cricket at all levels. My son, Dylan, has been training with Jake for about two years now and the improvement in his game and mental attitude has improved immensely.

Our son is a beginner cricketer who is playing this year at the U11 level. I was keen for him to get some one-on-one instruction, since I don't have a background in cricket, and fortunately met Jake at the Weston Creek indoor sports centre.
Jake has a great style of coaching, and his tips have improved our son's technique greatly. As a parent or carer, the thing you want most is for your child is for them to grow in confidence in both their love of the sport and abilities grow. In the four years that we have worked with Jake, whether in a team environment or in one-on-one session, every child has always walked away with their head held high and a couple of centimetres taller.

Over the previous years I was struggling to score runs with the bat and my bowling was ok.
